We have released this year’s active Team HBV Chapter Request Form for 2019-2020! Please fill it out as soon as possible as we will be sending out OFFICIAL TEAMHBV EMAILS to each chapter that fills it out so that you can start off the school year with a new email. I will also check the form less often as time passes!!
