Hi! My name is Ariana Hung and I am excited to be your 2023-2024 Co-Chair! I’m a senior at Diamond Bar High School and have been involved with the #JoinJade cause since 2017. I am the founder of the TeamHBV chapter at my school and my hobbies include playing the viola, equestrian sports, learning other languages, and archery. I’m looking forward to serving you all in the coming year!
Serina Cao

Hi! My name is Serina Cao and I’m a current senior at Los Altos High School in Los Altos, CA. I’m so excited to be your TeamHBV Co-Chair for the 2023-2024 year! I initially got involved with TeamHBV by attending the Stanford Asian Center Youth Leadership Conference (YLC) in 2022, and led me to start my own chapter at Los Altos. I enjoyed spreading awareness about Hepatitis B in my school, and I am excited to get more involved beyond my community. I enjoy traveling and spending time with family and friends, baking and cooking in the kitchen, and learning new languages and cultures. I’m looking forward to this year and all of the amazing progress we will make! I can’t wait to meet and serve everyone!

Hi there! My name is Youmei Li and I’m a current senior at Dublin High
School. I’m so excited to be serving as your 2023-2024 TeamHBV Resources Manager! Initially, I got involved with TeamHBV after attending the 2022 Youth Leadership Conference. This experience inspired me to become a Join Jade Ambassador, where I was able to spread Hepatitis B and Liver Cancer awareness through multiple presentations across the Bay Area. In my free time, I enjoy dancing with my team, listening to music (my favorite genre is R&B), and hanging out with friends. I’m looking forward to serving on the board this year!

Hey y'all, my name is Catherine Tu, and I'm a current senior at Westlake High School in Texas! I'm excited to be serving as the Team HBV HSAB Web & Media Manager this year! I've been involved in Team HBV inside and outside of school since last year, and I also enjoy music (songwriting, singing, guitar, piano, Taylor Swift), robotics, and walking trails. I'm excited to be working on the HSAB board this year!
Sophia Tang
Events and Interchapter Manager
Hi, everyone! My name is Sophia Tang, and I’ll be the Events and Interchapter for the 2023-2024 Team HBV HSAB. I’m currently a senior at Westlake High School in Austin, TX, and was one of the founding members of the first TeamHBV chapter in Texas during my sophomore year! Outside of school, I also attended the 2022 Youth Leadership Conference and was a part of the Interchapter Committee last school year! When I’m not busy with TeamHBV and school, I love traveling, spending time with friends and family, learning new languages, and consuming unhealthy amounts of media! I’m so excited to be working on the high school advisory board, and look forward to seeing what we’ll accomplish this year!

Hi! My name is Lauren Shi and I am currently a senior at Westlake High School. I will be serving as your Outreach manager in the 2023-2024 school year. I’ve been involved in Team HBV since 2021, and my hobbies include figure skating, playing the violin, and traveling the world. I am looking forward to the upcoming school year, and I hope to work as a team to spread awareness regarding the ongoing HBV epidemic!
